A good day at work on beautiful Ambergris Caye

What a great day it was today. Had some quality showings this morning. Better still, late this afternoon I was able to save another couple from making what would have been a financially disastrous real estate purchase. 

Some real estate agents on this island will say ANYTHING to sell a piece of swampland in the middle of nowhere with no prospect of it being any use for anything. The best way for real estate agents and brokers to make a great living on Ambergris Caye is to tell the truth, even if the truth is sometimes something their clients won't want to hear.
